Our next COFFEE MORNING will be held to raise money for Restore Hope.

We hope you will all come along and support this event. There will be the usual cakes, books, puzzles and cards and we also hope to have a raffle.

From 11.00am until noon we have a gentle exercise class, taken by a qualified instructor, and the morning comes to an end at 1.00pm after a delicious lunch.

Places are limited so please make contact before attending.

The cost of the morning is usually £6.00 but your first session is free of charge.

This is a monthly group on the third Friday of every month and includes a singalong and time to socialise over tea and cake.

This group is suitable for those who suffer from memory loss and their carers.

Those attending should be accompanied by a family member or carer.
There is no set fee but we welcome any donations
